As new parents, we've heard discussions about how bad pacifiers are. We use to think so too, that is before Sophie was born. Now we think differently. Pacifier is our life saver. We use it as a last resort when nothing else can stop her from crying. It worked so well that we started to use it during her bath time. Baths are so much more fun for all of us now. Lately, we don't even need to use the pacifier anymore for her baths as you can see from some of these photos.
The brand we are currently using is called "Soothies."
It's not very attractive but it is recommended by many lactation specialists and it does the job.

There are so many pros and cons for everything when it comes to babies. It doesn't stop at just the pacifier. We just do what works for Ryder and I'm sure you will do what's best for Sophia. But yes, those pacifiers are life savers sometimes. Ryder still uses his but only right before he goes to sleep.
